正性暗示语言对减轻冠状动脉支架植入术患者心理负担的效果研究

Study on the effect of positive hints of language to reduce the psychological burden of patients with coronary artery stent implantation

目的:探讨医护人员间正性暗示语言对冠状动脉支架植入术患者心理负担的影响。方法:收治冠状动脉内支架植入术的患者118例,分为试验组和对照组。试验组接受正性暗示语言,对照组接受护士的安抚语言。结果:试验组术前恐惧程度、术中心率、血压升高的程度、术后产生焦虑几率均显著低于对照组。结论:医护人员间正性暗示语言能有效减轻冠状动脉支架植入术患者的心理负担。

Objective:To explore the effect of positive hints of language to reduce the psychological burden of patients with coronary artery stent implantation.Methods:We selected 118 cases of patients with coronary artery stent implantation,these patients were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group received positive suggestive language, and the control group received the conciliatory language of the nurses.Results:The preoperative level of fear,heart rate,the degree of blood pressure elevation and the postoperative anxiety probability of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion:Positive hints of language of medical staff can effectively reduce the psychological burden of patients with coronary artery stent implantation.
