老年患者由于年龄及社会因素的影响,会表现出不同于一般患者的心理特点,如固执、任性、易怒等。以老年患者为中心的社区人文关怀,不仅有助于缓解患者的心理不良反应,还可以提高患者对治疗方案的信心,积极配合,建立良好的医患关系。医护人员对老年患者的人文关怀要注意提高专业知识水平,加强沟通,重视健康教育,充分发挥社区团队的作用。
