改良APN排班在基层医院内科病区实施的探讨

目的:探讨APN排班在内科病区实施的优劣。方法:对改良APN排班回顾调查。结果:实施改良APN弹性排班后病房医生对护士工作质量给予肯定,增加了患者对护士服务态度的满意度,病人投诉次数明显减少,同时增加了医疗安全系数,降低了护士的工作压力。结论:实行改良APN排班模式能有效利用人力资源、提高护理质量,对医生、护士、患者均有益。

Objective:To investigate the implementation of APN scheduling in a medical ward the merits.Methods:June 1,2010~ May 31,2013 on the improvement of APN scheduling retrospective survey.Results:After the implementation of improved scheduling flexibility APN ward nurses doctors affirmed the quality of work,increased patient satisfaction with the attitude of nurses,patients significantly reduced the number of complaints,while increasing medical safety factor,reducing the work pressure of nurses.Conclusion:Improved APN scheduling model can implement effective utilization of human resources,improve the quality of care,are useful for doctors,nurses,patients.
