摘要
目的:探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片对比马来酸氨氯地平片治疗轻/中度原发性高血压的临床效果。方法:收治轻、中度高血压患者72例,随机分为苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片2.5mg组,苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片5mg组和马来酸氨氯地平5mg组。观察各组的治疗效果。结果:3组治疗后均较前有明显好转,治疗效果组间比较差异无统计学意义。不良反应发生率组间有较大差异。结论:苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗原发性高血压有较好的疗效,且不良反应发生率低。
Objective:To explore the effect of Levamlodipine besylate and amlodipine maleate in treatment of mild or moderate primary hypertension.Methods:We selected 72 patients with mild to moderate hypertension patients in 2011 March to November, these patients were randomly divided into Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets 2.5mg group,Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets 5mg group and amlodipine maleate 5mg group.We observed the therapeutic effect of each group.Results:After treatment,the three groups were improved obviously.There was no significant difference among the three groups.The incidence of adverse reaction of the three groups had significant difference.Conclusion:The effect of Levamlodipine besylate in treatment of primary hypertension is significant,and the incidence of adverse reaction is low,so it is worth spreading.
