摘要
目的:探讨非霍奇金淋巴瘤性白血病(NHLL)的临床特点与诊治效果。方法:收治非霍奇金瘤性白血病患者42例,随机分为联合组与对照组,比较两组治疗后效果及预后特点。结果:对照组治疗总有效率40.0%,联合组治疗总有效率81.1%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规化治疗非霍奇金瘤性白血病具有一定效果,但是长期效果十分有限。
Objective:To investigate the the clinical features and treatment effect of non Hodgkin's lymphoma leukemia(NHLL). Methods:42 cases of patients with NHLL from 2008 January to 2012 January in our hospital,were randomly divided into combined group and control group,the effect and prognosis of two groups were compared after treatment.Results:In the control group total effective rate was 40%,combined treatment group total effective rate was 81.1%,the difference between groups was significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Routine treatment has a certain effect of non Hodgkin tumorigenic leukemia,but the long-term effect is very limited.
