鲁南欣康对冠心病心绞痛的治疗效果

Treatment effect of Lunanxinkang for angina pectoris

目的:观察鲁南欣康(单硝酸异山梨酯)治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:收治冠心病心绞痛患者50例,其中25例运用鲁南欣康治疗,为观察组;另外25例运用消心痛治疗,为对照组。评价并比较治疗后两组心绞痛临床总有效率和心电图疗效总有效率。结果:治疗后观察组心绞痛临床总有效率88.00%(22/25例),对照组68.00%(17/25例),观察组优于对照组,结果有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组心电图疗效总有效率84.00%(21/25例),对照组总有效率72.00%(18/25例),观察组优于对照组,结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鲁南欣康能显著改善冠心病心绞痛患者的临床症状,改善心功能,疗效确切,可优先选择使用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Lunanxinkang(isosorbide mononitrate) treatment of angina pectoris. Methods:From May 2008 to March 2013,50 patients were treated with angina pectoris,the observation group including 25 cases, use of Lunanxinkang as treatment,another 25 cases use of isosorbide dinitrate therapy as the control group.Evaluate and compare the two groups of patients total efficiency and total efficiency ECG after the clinical treatment of angina.Results:After treatment, observation group clinical total efficiency is 88.00%(22/25 cases),and control group is 68.00%(17/25 cases),the observation group treatment effect better than the control group,the results were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the observation group ECG total efficiency is 84.00%(21/25 cases),and the control group is 72.00%(18/25 cases),the observation group ECG total efficiency better than the control group,the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Lunanxinkang can significantly improve clinical symptoms in patients with angina pectoris,improve heart function,efficacy, and can be selected priority.
