摘要
目的:探讨十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术的临床效果。方法:十二指肠溃疡穿孔62例,采用不同穿孔修补术治疗。观察手术情况及溃疡愈合情况。结果:观察组手术情况显著优于对照组,观察组瘢痕期、愈合期及活动期例数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术治疗十二指肠溃疡穿孔,疗效确切。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of duodenal perforation repair.Methods:62 cases of duodenal ulcer perforation,using different perforation repair treatment.Observe surgical cases and ulcer healing.Results:The surgery was significantly better than the control group,there was no statistically significant difference on scar,healing and the number of cases(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of duodenal ulcer perforation perforation repair is efficacy and worthy of clinical application.
