糖尿病足部并发症治疗与观察

Diabetic foot complications observation and treatment

目的:探讨糖尿病并发症足部的治疗措施及疗效观察。方法:收治糖尿病足患者140例,采用中西医结合的方法进行治疗。结果:140例患者痊愈84例(60.0%),显效34例(24.3%),有效20例(14.3%),无效2例,总有效率98.6%。经过治疗后患者BS、LDL、HDL、TC、TG、HbA1c、Lp(a)、UMA明显好转,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗糖尿病并发症足部疾病疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the treatment and curative effect observation of foot complication of diabetes mellitus.Methods: We selected 140 cases of diabetic foot patients in 2012 May to 2013 July,these patients were treated by combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine.Results:In 140 patients,84 cases(60%)were healed,34 cases(24.3%) were more effective,20 cases(14.3%)were effective,2 cases were invalid.The total efficiency was 98.6%.BS,LDL,HDL,TC,TG,HbAlc,Lp(a)and UMA were obviously improved after treatment.There was significant difference compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: Combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of the complications of diabetes foot disease is significant, and it is worthy of promotion.
