双J导管在泌尿外科手术中的应用

Application of double J tube in operation in the Department of Urology

目的:探讨双J导管在泌尿外科手术中的应用,减少其并发症的发生。方法:收治14例患者应用双J导管行泌尿外科手术,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:14例患者大多恢复良好,手术效果满意。原有肾盂积水患者,术后积水程度均明显减少。原有输尿管梗阻术后梗阻解除,肾功能损害减轻。术后出现漏尿1例,腰痛2例,膀胱刺激症状3例。结论:双J导管应用输尿管、上尿路手术损伤小,成功率高。但仍需提高手术技巧以减少其并发症的发生。

Objective:To explore the application of double J tube in operation in the Department of Urology in order to reduce incidence of its complications.Methods:We selected 14 cases of patients with double J catheter in Department of Urology operation in 2012 June to 2013 June.The clinical data of these patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results:14 patients were recovered well,and the operation effect was satisfactory.In the original hydronephrosis patients,postoperative degree of hydronephrosis were obviously decreased.In the old patients with ureteral obstruction,obstruction was relieved after operation and impairment of renal function was significantly reduced.After operation,urine leakage occurred in 1 cases,2 cases of low back pain, irritable bladder symptoms in 3 cases.Conclusion:Application of double J catheter for ureter and urinary tract operation has small operation injury and high successful rate.But we still need to improve the skill of operation to reduce its complications.
