摘要
目的:将家庭随访更好的应用到腹膜透析患者中去,提高腹透患者的生活质量,延长生存率。方法:对70名出院腹透患者进行家庭随访并给予分析总结。结果:通过家庭随访,腹透患者生活质量、依从性、透析的充分性以及相关并发症处理有明显的提高。结论:家庭随访在腹透患者中应用是十分必要的。
Objective:Better application of families follow-up in the peritoneal dialysis patients can improve quality of life and prolong survival of peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods:Follow-up and summary analysis of 70 dialysis patients who were discharged home.Results:By family follow-up,peritoneal dialysis patient quality of life, compliance,dialysis adequacy,and related complications handling have significantly improved Conclusion:Family follow-up is necessary in dialysis patients.
