米索前列醇不同给药途径终止妊娠的效果

Different routes of administration of misoprostol to terminate the pregnancy

目的:观察采用米索前列醇不同给药途径终止妊娠的临床效果。方法:对早期妊娠药物流产妇女146例,随机分为A组和B组,每组73例。A组口服米索前列醇,B组采用阴道填充米索前列醇,对采用不同用药途径流产效果进行观察。结果:完全流产率,A组91.8%,B组97.3%,两个组比较后具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:使用米索前列醇终止早期妊娠,同口服相比,采用阴道给药的方式效果更加明显。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of different routes of administration of misoprostol for the termination of pregnancy.Methods:146 cases of early pregnancy women were randomly divided into A group and B group,each group of 73 cases.Group A by oral misoprostol,and group B with vaginal misoprostol for filling,To observe the effect of different medication path abortion.Results:The complete abortion rate,91.8% in A group,B group 97.3%,two groups have statistical difference(P< 0.05).Conclusion:The use of misoprostol in termination of early pregnancy,compared with oral,the effect of vaginal path is more obvious.
