间苯三酚对分娩第一产程不同时期的影响及安全性

Effect of benzene three phenol on delivery during the first labor stage in different periods and its safety

目的:对分娩第一产程不同时期用间苯三酚对产程的影响及安全性进行探讨。方法:收治80例产妇,对照组在活跃期静脉注射80mg的间苯三酚,观察组在潜伏期与活跃期静脉注射80mg的苯三酚。结果:在潜伏期时间与活跃期时间方面,对照组明显高于观察组;在宫口扩张速度方面,对照组低于观察组(P<0.01)。两组在新生儿评分以及出血量方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在第一产程的活跃期与潜伏期静脉注射间苯三酚,能扩张宫颈,使产程缩短,不会影响新生儿与产妇。

Objective:To discuss the effects of birth process and safety of phloroglucin in the different periods of the first labor delivery.Methods:To collect 80 cases of puerpera from September 2009 to September 2013.The control group was gived intravenous injection of 80mg phloroglucin in the active phase,the observation group was gived intravenous injection of 80mg phloroglucin in the incubation period and active period.Results:The control group was significantly higher than the observation group in the incubation period time and the active period time;the control group was lower than the observation group in the dilatation rate(P<0.01).The two group in neonates and the amount of bleeding has no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: Intravenous injection phloroglucin in the active period and incubation period of the first labor delivery,can make the cervical dilatation,shortens labor,has no affect on neonatal and maternal.
