摘要
目的:分析闭角型青光眼患者小梁切除术后视力下降的原因。方法:回顾分析78例78只青光眼患者行小梁切除术后导致视力下降的诸因素,并展开讨论。结果:术后视力改变程度:59只眼(75.64%)视力不变和提高,19只眼(24.36%)降低。视力下降者年龄≤60岁26.32%,>60岁73.68%。多种因素导致视力下降,例如晶状体混浊加重、晶状体前囊色素沉着、瞳孔散大、前房出血、眼压升高或降低等。结论:无论是急性闭角型青光眼或是慢性闭角型青光眼,患者年龄普遍偏大,部分患者伴有全身性疾病,所以手术后发生视力下降的可能性大,且视力下降是多种因素混和导致。
Objective:To analyze the reason of angle closure glaucoma with decreased vision after trabeculectomy.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the reasons of 78 cases of angle closure glaucoma with decreased vision after trabeculectomy,and discussion.Results:Postoperative visual acuity change degree:59 eyes(75.64%)remained unchanged and improve,19 eyes(24.36%) reducing.Visual acuity aged≤60 years 26.32%,>60 years 73.68%,a variety of factors lead to decreased vision,for example: aggravating opacity of lens,lens anterior capsule pigmentation, mydriasis,hyphema,elevated intraocular pressure or lower. Conclusion:Both acute close angle glaucoma and chronic angle closure glaucoma,older age,some patients with systemic disease,so the possibility of decreased visual acuity after operation is large,and decreased visual acuity is caused by various factors.
