中药内外同治治疗早期急性乳腺炎58例临床观察

Clinical observation of 58 cases of early acute mastitis by traditional Chinese medicine internal and external treatment

目的:观察内服中药瓜蒌牛蒡汤合外用如意金黄散治疗早期急性乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法:对58例急性乳腺炎患者进行内服中药瓜蒌牛蒡汤,随证加减,外用如意金黄散治疗。结果:经治58例患者中,治愈52例(89.66%),好转6例(10.34%),总有效率100%。结论:内服中药瓜蒌牛蒡汤合外用如意金黄散治疗早期急性乳腺炎疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Trichosanthes burdock decoction combined with external Ruyijinhuang powder for the treatment of acute mastitis.Methods:Internal Medicine Trichosanthes Arctium Decoction on 58 cases of acute mastitis patients,with the card to add and subtract,combined with external Ruyijinhuang powder.Results:After treatment of 58 cases of patients,52 cases were cured(89.66%),improved in 6 cases(10.34%),the total efficiency of 100%.Conclusion:Oral Chinese Trichosanthes burdock decoction combined with external Ruyijinhuang powder curative effect in the treatment of acute mastitis significantly.
