补肾健脾活血方治疗肾虚血瘀型原发性骨质疏松症的临床研究

Clinical study of Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of primary osteoporosis type of kidney deficiency and blood stasis

目的:研究补肾健脾活血方治疗肾虚血瘀型原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:将120例肾虚血瘀型原发性骨质疏松症患者随机分为两组,治疗组(60例)内服补肾健脾活血方,对照组(60例)口服骨疏康胶囊治疗。3个月后观察中医证候疗效及骨密度(BMD)、骨代谢标志物指标的变化。结果:补肾健脾活血方和骨疏康胶囊治疗后证候疗效积分、骨密度、骨代谢指标两组间差异有统计学意义。结论:补肾健脾活血方治疗肾虚血瘀型原发性骨质疏松症疗效确切,用药安全。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of primary osteoporosis type of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:We selected 120 cases of patients of primary osteoporosis type of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,these patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 60 cases in each.The experimental group was treated with Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Decoction,and the control group was treated with Gushukang capsule.3 months later,symptomatic efficacy of Chinese medicine,changes of bone mineral density(BMD) and bone metabolic markers were compared.Results:After the two groups of patients respectively treated with Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Decoction and Gushukang capsule,the differences of symptomatic efficacy of Chinese medicine,bone mineral density(BMD) and bone metabolic markers betweens the two groups were significant.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of primary osteoporosis type of kidney deficiency and blood stasis is significant and it is safe.
