摘要
目的:应用B型超声测量胎儿生长参数,推导预测胎儿体重的多元回归方程。方法:用B型超声于产前0~3天测量1235例孕妇的胎儿双顶径、头围、腹围、股骨长等参数,并采用Combs模型方程计算出所预测体重,把预测体重和出生体重进行对比分析,取其误差值,找出改良的Combs模型方程;并由另外384例孕妇的胎儿用改良的Combs模型方程进行前瞻性验证。结果:改良的Combs模型方程预测胎儿体重和新生儿出生体重的绝对误差250g以内占72.5%,相对误差在10%以内占83.1%,相比Combs模型方程绝对误差250g以内占58.5%,相对误差在10%以内占67.7%要精确。结论:改良的Combs模型方程可以更准确地预测新生儿出生体重。
Objective:To derive the multiple regression equation predicting fetal weight by measuring fetal growth parameters with B-mode ultrasound.Methods:B-ultrasonic was used to measure 1235 cases of pregnant women in prenatal 0~3 days with fetal biparietal diameter,head circumference,abdominal circumference,femur length and other parameters,and the predicted weight was calculated using Combs model equation.The predicted weight and birth weight were compared and analyzed.The error value was taken and the modified Combs equation was found out.Another 384 Cases of pregnant women were used for the prospective validation with modified Combs equation.Results:The modified Combs model equation predicted fetal weight and birth weight of newborns within the absolute error of less than 250g accounting for 72.5%,the relative error of within 10% accounting for 83.1%. Compared with the Combs model within the absolute error of less than 250g accounting for 58.5% and the relative error within 10% accounting for 67.7%,it was more precise.Conclusion:The modified Combs model can more accurately predict the neonatal birth weight.
