手足口病的早期临床观察及护理

Early clinical observation and nursing of Hand foot and mouth disease

目的:探讨手足口病的早期临床表现、临床观察,协助及早防治手足口病,并减少重症手足口病的发生率,降低死亡率。方法:收治手足口病例489例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:2010年的手足口病重症较多,共收治了97例重症手足口病患者,临床表现不典型,导致误诊率增高,增加了手足口病危重病例及死亡病例的发生。结论:加强临床观察及护理,对于预防手足口病及重症的出现具有非常重要的意义。

Objective:To explore the early clinical manifestations of hand foot and mouth disease,clinical observation,assisting the early prevention and treatment of hand foot and mouth disease in order to reduce the severe hand foot and mouth disease incidence and mortality.Methods:We selected 489 cases of HFMD patients in 2009 April to 2010 November,the clinical data of these patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In 2010,the number of patients with severe hand foot mouth disease was more with 97 cases.The clinical manifestations of these patients are not typical,leading to misdiagnosis rate increased and increasing the critical HFMD cases and deaths.Conclusion:To strengthen the clinical observation and nursing is very important to the prevention of hand foot and mouth disease and severe cases.
