摘要
对1例先天性鱼鳞病患儿采取安置于培养箱,给予心电血氧监护、皮肤护理、头孢噻肟钠抗感染治疗等,治疗14天后患儿病情好转,未发生感染,生长发育正常,顺利出院,随访正常。
1 case of congenital ichthyosis children was treated with placed in the incubator,given the ECG monitoring and oximetry monitoring,skin care,anti infection treatment with Cefotaxime sodium.14 days after treatment,children's condition improved markedly.Children was with no infection.Its growth and development was normal.It discharged smoothly from the hospital.The follow up was normal.
