不同浓度肝素钠封管液对COPD患者静脉留置针封管的临床观察

Clinical observation of the needle seal tubes with different concentrations of heparin lock solution for intravenous catheter in patients with COPD

目的:通过对正压力下不同浓度肝素钠封管液对COPD患者静脉留置安全型密闭式留置针封管的效果观察。方法:应用留置安全型密闭式静脉留置针的肺胀住院患者120例,随机分为两组,A组将1支肝素钠(12500U)加入250ml生理盐水中,浓度50U/ml。B组将半支肝素钠(6250U)加入100ml生理盐水中,浓度62.5U/ml。均用10ml注射器吸取10ml配制好的A、B两组不同浓度的肝素钠进行封管。结果:经观察B组的病人的留置针使用效果明显好于A组。结论:浓度62.5U/ml的肝素钠在正压力下封管可以减少病人疼痛,可以延长留置针使用时间,减少渗漏,更有利于日常的护理操作。

Objective:To observed the effects of under positive pressure through the sealing solution with different concentrations of heparin in patients with COPD indwelling catheter Safety sealed sealed tube.Methods:From January 2013 to July 2013,120 lung inflation patients closed the application indwelling intravenous catheter safe needle,were randomly divided into two groups,group A give a heparin(12500U)adding 250ml saline concentration of 50U/ml.Group B semi branched heparin(6250U)was added 100ml of saline to a concentration of 62.5U/ml.10ml syringe with 10ml were good preparation A,B be two different concentrations of heparin sealed tube.Results:Patients catheter use in group B was significantly better than A group.Conclusion:The concentration of heparin 62.5U/ml sealed tube under positive pressure can reduce patient pain,it can prolong catheter time,reduce leakage,more conducive to the daily care operations.
