产后尿潴留59例护理体会

Nursing experience of 59 cases with Postpartum retention of urine

目的:探讨产妇尿潴留的护理。方法:对59例产后尿潴留患者的护理经验进行总结。结果:59例患者经治疗护理后均治愈。结论:产后尿潴留,重在预防和早期干预,正确处理第一产程,做好产妇疼痛护理,避免尿潴留的发生;准确评估膀胱充盈情况,尿潴留早期及时进行非侵入性护理干预,可以解决61.02%产妇的尿潴留;使用药物加穴位封闭可以解决27.12%产妇产后尿潴留情况;留置导尿是最终解决产后尿潴留的方法。

Objective:To explore the nursing care on maternal urinary retention.Methods:The nursing experience of 59 patients of postpartum urine retention were summarized.Results:59 patients were cured after the treatment.Conclusion:Key of postpartum urinary retention is the prevention and early intervention,correctly handling the first stage of labor,making maternal pain nursing, to avoid the occurrence of urinary retention.Accurate assessment of bladder and early non-invasive nursing intervention for urinary retention can solve 61.02% urinary retention.Drugs plus acupoint block can solve 27.12% postpartum urinary retention. Indwelling catheter is the ultimate solution of postpartum urinary retention.
