摘要 目的:探讨团体健康教育对社区老年高血压患者健康促进行为的影响。方法:从社区选取100例老年高血压患者作为研究对象,并随机分为试验组与对照组。试验组给予集体讲课,结合病友交流的团体健康教育模式,对照组给予常规社区健康教育,干预时间均为1个月。结果:干预后两组的健康促进行为有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以集体讲课,结合病友交流的团体健康教育模式,可提高社区高血压患者的健康促进行为。 Objective:To investigate community health education on community health promotion in elderly patients with hypertension influence behavior.Methods:100 elderly hypertensive patients from the community as research subjects were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.Experimental group was given a collective lectures,combined with patients to communicate health education group,the control group received routine community health education,intervention times are a month.Results:The two groups of patients with health-promoting behaviors after intervention were statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:The collective lectures,combined with the exchange groups patients can improve community health education health promotion behaviors in patients with hypertension.
