摘要
目的:了解莒南县新生儿疾病筛查和发病情况。方法:采用细菌抑制法进行苯丙酮尿症(PKU)检测,采用酶联免疫法进行甲状腺功能减低症(CH)检测。结果:共筛查45252例,筛查出苯丙酮尿症(PKU)15例,发病率33/10万,甲状腺功能减低症35例,发病率77/10万。结论:加强新生儿疾病筛查工作是减少出生缺陷,提高出生人口素质的重要措施。
Objective:To understand the neonatal disease screening and the incidence at Junan county.Methods:Bacterial inhibition assay was used for phenylketonuria(PKU)detection and ELISA was used for hypothyroidism(CH)detection.Results:In 2009 January to 2013 December,a total of 45252 patients were screened.15 cases were phenylketonuria(PKU)and the incidence was 33/10million.35 cases were Hypothyroidism and the incidence was 77/10million.Conclusion:Strengthen the newborn disease screening is an important measure to reduce birth defects and improve the birth population quality.
