人性化管理在手术室护理管理中的应用

目的:分析研究手术室护理管理加入人性化管理的临床护理效果。方法:随机抽取临床护理人员18例为试验对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各9例,对照组护理管理方法采取常规护理管理模式,其中包括:护理人员值班以及交接班制度,护理抢救工作制度,查对制度护理,护理差错事故管护理制度,护理在职教育管理制度,护理安全管理制度。试验组在此基础之上加入人性化管理模式,其中包括:完善管理制度,提供一个舒适的工作环境,定期组织护理人员培训。分别对试验组和对照组护理人员的服务情况进行对比分析。结果:试验组患者对手术室护士服务情况明显高于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室护理管理加入人性化管理模式,可以使手术室护士的工作主动性明显提高,使手术室护理质量明显提升,同时也使紧张的护患关系得到明显缓解,使手术室乃至整个医院得到持续、良好的发展。

Objective:To analysis of clinical nursing effect of operating room nursing management joined humane management. Methods:18 nurses were randomly selected as experimental subjects,divided into experimental and control group randomly,and both have 9 nurses,the control group take routine care management models,including:nurses on duty and shift system;care rescue systems of work;check system care;nursing errors accident tube care system;nursing continuing education management system. care safety management system;On this basis,the experimental group joined humane management,including:improve the management system;provide a comfortable working environment;regularly organize nursing training.comparative analysis nursing services conducted between the experimental group and the control group respectively.Results:The operating room nurse service on the experimental group was significantly higher than control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Operating room nursing management joined with humane management,can significantly improved operating room nurses work initiative,and significantly improved the quality of operating room care,and also relieved the tense relations between nurses and patients,it makes the operating room and the whole hospital get sustained and good development.
