摘要
本文主要通过对小鼠用红茶灌胃,来观察维生素C对低血红蛋白血症的保护作用。将24只(雌雄各半)小鼠分为4组,分别为红茶组、红茶-维生素C组、红茶-柠檬组、对照组(生理盐水组)。采取灌胃给药。在用药后的1、3、5、7小时进行血红蛋白含量测定。结果表明单独饮用红茶能明显降低血红蛋白含量。而维生素C以及柠檬分别与红茶同时饮用能使血红蛋白含量升高。红茶和维生素C同时饮用,或者红茶和含有丰富维生素C的水果同时食用对红茶引起的低血红蛋白血症有一定的保护作用。
This paper observe the protective role of vitamin C for low hemoglobin by intragastric administration for mice using Black Tea.24(each half of male and female) mice were divided into 4 groups,respectively Black Tea group,Black Tea-vitamin C group,Black Tea-citric group,control group(saline).These mice were given drugs by intragastric administration.Hemoglobin content was determined in 1,3,5,7 hours after giving drugs.The results show that drinking alone Black Tea could significantly decrease the content of hemoglobin.While respectively drinking vitamin C or citric with Black Tea can make haemoglobin content increased.Black Tea and vitamin C at the same time drinking or Black Tea and fruit rich in vitamin C at the same time taking has certain protective effect for hypohemoglobinemia caused by black tea.
