摘要
目的:探讨颅脑损伤后迟发性面瘫的治疗及愈后。方法:回顾性分析收治的40例颅脑损伤后迟发性面瘫患者的治疗及愈后情况。结果:在常规治疗的基础上,早期应用激素及高压氧,配合表情肌康复锻炼、针灸理疗等综合治疗。40例患者,22例痊愈,9例显效,7例好转,2例无效,总有效率95%。结论:颅脑损伤后迟发性面瘫临床表现较典型,易于实现早期诊断,发病后及时予以综合治疗,愈后良好。
Objective:To investigate treatment effect and prognosis of delayed facial paralysis after brain injury.Methods:A retrospective analysis treatment effect and prognosis of 40 patients treated in our hospital bettwen October 2007 and September 2013 with brain injury delayed facial paralysis circumstances.Results:On the basis of conventional treatment,early use of steroids and hyperbaric oxygen,with the expression of muscle rehabilitation exercises,cupuncture and physiotherapy comprehensive treatment.22 cases cured,9 cases markedly,7 cases improved,2 cases ineffective,and the total efficiency was 95%.Conclusion:The clinical manifestations of brain injury delayed facial paralysis was typical,most of signs appeared in 3~9d after injury and progressive increase,so it is easy to achieve early diagnosis of this disease,if comprehensive treatment after the onset promptly,the prognosis will be good.
