摘要
目的:研究替米沙坦治疗舒张期心力衰竭疗效。方法:52例舒张期心力衰竭患者应用替米沙坦治疗4周进行对比。结果:49例患者治疗前后有明显改善,2例无明显变化,1例病情加重。结论:替米沙坦治疗舒张期心力衰竭有明显疗效。
Objective:To explore the curative effect observation of telmisartan in treatment of diastolic heart failure.Methods: Diastolic heart failure in 52 cases patients were treated with telmisartan.Treatment effects were observed.Results:49 patients improved significantly after treatment,2 patients had no change,1 cases aggravated.Conclusion:Telmisartan treatment has obvious therapeutic effect on diastolic heart failure.
