机械通气治疗44例哮喘危重状态的临床观察

Clinical observation of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of 44 cases of severe asthma

目的:探讨机械通气哮喘危重状态的治疗效果。方法:收治哮喘危重状态患者44例,在常规治疗的基础上加用机械通气进行治疗。结果:通气24小时PaCO2、PaO2、PEF和气道阻力变化较大,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),通气2小时后、治疗24小时后、停机1小时后pH值与通气前比较变化不大,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上加用机械通气可以明显改善哮喘危重状态,控制疾病进一步发展,挽救患者的生命,疗效显著。

Objective:To explore mechanical ventilation in the treatment of severe asthma.Methods:We selected 44 cases of severe asthma patients in 2009 June to 2013 October.These patients were treated with mechanical ventilation on the basis of routine treatment.Results:Ventilation for 24 hours PaCO2,PaO2,PEF and airway resistance changed greatly,the difference was statistically significant between the two(P<0.05).The pH values in 2 hours after ventilation,treatment after 24 hours and stop after 1 hours changed slightly compared with before ventilation,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional therapy plus mechanical ventilation can improve the further development of severe asthma,control the further development of disease and save the lives of patients.Its curative effect is significant,and worthy of clinical application.
