不同药物治疗轻、重度慢性牙周炎的临床疗效观察

To observe the clinical efficacy of different drugs in the treatment of mild, severe chronic periodontitis

目的:比较派丽奥、盐酸克林霉素软膏和甲硝唑软膏对轻、重度慢性牙周炎的临床疗效差异,为牙周炎的临床用药提供指导。方法:收治轻、重度慢性牙周炎患者82例,经完善的牙周基础治疗后,采用随机分组的方法分成3组,分别使用派丽奥、盐酸克林霉素软膏和甲硝唑软膏进行治疗,1次/周,持续治疗4周,使用GI(牙龈指数)、BI(出血指数)和PD(牙周袋深度)比较治疗前后疗效差异。结果:3组药物治疗轻、重度慢性牙周炎4周后,GI、BI和PD指标与治疗前相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),派丽奥和盐酸克林霉素软膏疗效优于甲硝唑软膏(P<0.05),二者相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:慢性牙周炎的牙周袋内局部使用派丽奥、盐酸克林霉素软膏和甲硝唑软膏药物均可明显改善牙周炎的各项临床指标,派丽奥和盐酸克林霉素软膏的疗效更好。

Objective:Comparison clinic effect of Periocline,clindamycin hydrochloride ointment and metronidazole ointment on light,severe chronic periodontitis,to provide guidance for clinical treatment of periodontitis.Methods:82 light and severe chronic periodontitis patients treated in 2011,after improvement of periodontal treatment,adopt the method of randomized into three groups,respectively using Periocline,clindamycin hydrochloride ointment and metronidazole ointment treatment,1 time per week, for treatment of 4 weeks,use the GI index(gum),BI(bleeding index)and PD(periodontal pocket depth)to compare curative effects before and after the treatment.Results:Three groups of drugs in treating mild to severe chronic periodontitis four weeks later,there were significant differences compared(P<0.05)before treatment with the GI,BI and PD indicators,periocline and clindamycin hydrochloride ointment effective than metronidazole ointment(P<0.05),no significant difference between the two compared(P> 0.05).Conclusion:Partial use of Periocline,clindamycin hydrochloride ointment and metronidazole ointment drugs can significantly improve the clinical index of periodontitis in periodontal pocket with Chronic periodontitis,the curative effect of Periocline and clindamycin hydrochloride ointment is better.
