摘要
目的:分析128层螺旋CT血管灌注成像对下肢动脉硬化的诊断价值。方法:选取收治50例临床上疑似下肢动脉硬化患者作为研究对象,对其进行128层螺旋CT血管造影检查,分析患者下肢动脉各段图像的质量和下肢动脉的狭窄程度,依据X线数字减影血管造影的诊断结果来评价该检测方法的诊断价值。结果:所有的128层螺旋CT血管造影成像和X线数字减影血管造影成像都具有诊断价值,前者显示的下肢动脉血管的闭塞狭窄程度有96%与后者一致,诊断有下肢动脉狭窄(≥50%)的特异性99.6%,敏感性98.6%,准确度99.7,阴性预测值99.6%,阳性预测值99.7%。结论:128层螺旋CT血管造影成像诊断下肢动脉硬化灌注对患者创伤小、准确度高,可以为后期治疗方案的制定和实施提供依据。
Objective:Analysis of the value of 128 slice spiral CT perfusion imaging in diagnosis of lower limb arteriosclerosis. Methods:Select 50 cases of clinical were suspected lower extremity arteriosclerosis patients of 2011 as the research object,128 slice spiral CT angiography for them,analysis the degree of stenosis of artery of lower extremity arterial segments of the quality and image of the patient,diagnosis results based on X-ray digital subtraction angiography to evaluate the detection method.Results:All the 128 slice spiral CT angiography and DSA imaging has diagnostic value,96% is consistent with the latter lower extremity arterial occlusive stenosis of the former display,diagnosis of lower extremity artery stenosis(≥50%)specificity 99.6%,the sensitivity of 98.6%,accuracy was 99.7%,the negative predictive value was 99.6%,the positive predictive value of 99.7%. Conclusion:128 slice spiral CT angiography in diagnosis of lower extremity arteriosclerosis perfusion in patients with small trauma, high accuracy,for the treatment of the formulation and implementation of the programme provides the basis,can be used in clinical practice.
