摘要
目的:探讨血常规检查在白血病的诊断中的意义。方法:收治白血病患者80例,应用五分类全自动血液分析仪和奥林巴斯显微镜进行血常规检查。结果:本组确诊急性白血病70例,其中WBC升高45例,下降21例,正常4例,HB升高2例,下降67例,正常1例,PLT升高1例,下降67例,正常2例;慢性白血病50例,WBC升高48例,下降1例,正常1例,HB下降45例,正常5例,PLT升高34例,下降10例,正常6例。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全自动细胞分析仪不可替代镜检分类,只能作为筛选,对于各种异常或警戒标记数据的血标本必须做涂片镜检。才能降低漏检率。
Objective:To explore the significance of blood routine examination in the diagnosis of acute leukemia.Methods:in our hospital from 2011 February to 2013 August 80 cases of leukemia patients,application of Beckman Kurt company five classification automatic blood analyzer,and Olympus microscope for blood routine examination.Results:in this group,70 cases diagnosed acute leukemia,including 45 patients with elevated WBC,decreased in 21 cases,4 cases were normal,2 cases with elevated HB,decreased in 67 cases,1 cases were normal,1 cases with elevated PLT,decreased in 67 cases,normal in 2 cases;50 cases of chronic leukemia,WBC was increased in 48 cases,decreased in 1 cases,1 cases were normal,HB decreased in 45 cases,5 cases were normal,34 cases with elevated PLT,decreased in 10 cases,normal in 6 cases,there were significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:automatic cell analyzer irreplaceable microscope classification,only as a screening,for various kinds of abnormal or warning marker data of blood samples must be smear. In order to reduce the missing rate.
