摘要
目的:探讨急性胰腺炎患者应用临床护理路径的效果。方法:将68例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组进行传统的急救和护理,试验组进行临床急救和护理路径。结果:对两组疼痛缓解的时间、急救所需时间、护理工作人员满意度和患者的满意度进行比较,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新型临床服务模式临床护理路径的应用,可大大提高工作质量和工作效率。
Objective:To explore the application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods:68 cases of acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,the control of first aid and traditional nursing method of patients,the experimental groups for clinical first aid and nursing path.Results:To compare the two groups of patients pain relief time,emergency time,nursing staff satisfaction and patient satisfaction,the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Application of new clinical service mode of clinical nursing path,can greatly improve the quality of work and efficiency.
