摘要
在新生儿护理的过程中,医护人员面对的都是被家庭给予无限厚爱却又无法表达自己真实情感的小生命,其发育尚未完全,生理功能都处在调节适应阶段,这就不可避免的导致诸多不安全因素的出现,严重者将会引起不必要的医患纠纷,为此新生儿科护士在工作中将会面临巨大的责任与挑战。结合自身临床经验,对新生儿护理中不安全因素及其防护措施做简要分析。
In the process of neonatal nursing,medical workers are facing the little life of infinite care given by family but can not express their true feelings,their development is not fully,physiological function in the adjustment stage,this will lead to a lot of insecurity,in severe cases,doctors and patients will lead to unnecessary disputes,the neonatal nurses will face great responsibilities and challenges at work.Combined with our clinical experience,do a brief overview on unsafe factors and protection measures of neonatal nursing.
