摘要
目的:探讨诊断性宫腔镜在宫内妊娠组织残留诊治中的临床价值。方法:收治宫内妊娠组织残留患者39例,利用诊断性宫腔镜系统进行诊治。结果:除1例证实为子宫内膜息肉以外,其余38例确认为妊娠组织残留。无宫腔粘连32例,均行定位刮宫术,术毕再次置镜,证实残留物消失。宫内妊娠组织残留合并宫腔粘连6例,2例在门诊行宫腔镜下粘连分离+清宫术,4例住院行宫腔镜下粘连分离+清宫/电切术。结论:诊断性宫腔镜诊治宫内妊娠组织残留,具有成本低、安全、准确且微创的特点,与传统的盲刮相比,优势明显。
Objective:To discuss the clinical value of diagnostic hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of residual pregnancy tissue in utero.Methods:To admit 39 cases of patients with residual pregnancy tissue in utero from January to December2013,and diagnosis and treatment by diagnostic hysteroscopy system.Results:Except for 1 case was confirmed endometrial polyp outside,the remaining 38 patients were identified as residual pregnancy tissue.No intrauterine adhesions in 32 cases,underwent positioning curettage,the mirror again at the end of operation,confirmed the residues disappeared.Intrauterine pregnancy residues with intrauterine adhesions in 6 cases,2 cases in the outpatient had hysteroscopic adhesion separation+complete curettage of uterine cavity,4 cases of hospitalized had hysteroscopic adhesion separation+complete curettage of uterine cavity/electrotomy.Conclusion:Diagnostic hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of residual pregnancy tissue in,has the characteristics of low cost,safe,accurate and minimally invasive,compared with the traditional blind curettage,obvious advantages.
