手术治疗嵌甲性甲沟炎45例

45 cases of ingrown toenail paronychia treated with operation

目的:探讨嵌甲根治术的临床疗效。方法:对45例嵌甲性甲沟炎采用甲根部分切除,"V"型甲沟切除治疗。手术前常规消毒铺巾,趾根麻醉后沿甲沟向近端(甲根)作一个三角形创口,切除暴露的甲根组织及甲沟外侧未暴露甲根组织,再"V"型切除甲沟,缝合止血,抗炎换药治疗。结果:本组均随访半年,无1例复发。结论:嵌甲性甲沟炎采用嵌甲根治术,可以取得非常满意的疗效。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of resection of ingrown toenail.Methods:45 cases of ingrown toenail paronychia were treated with partial excision of nail root, 'V' type resection therapy.We conducted regular disinfection and towel before operation.After toe root anesthesia,we made a triangular wound along the groove to the proximal(Jia Gen),cut off exposed root tissue and unexposed lateral root tissue,then cut off nail groove with 'V' type,stitch hemostasia and anti-inflammatory and changed fresh dressing for the wound.Results:The groups were followed up for six months,no relapse in 1 cases.Conclusion:Ingrown toenails paronychia treated with ingrown toenails radical operation can achieve a satisfactory curative effect.
