摘要
目的:探讨外科手术治疗胃部肿瘤的临床疗效。方法:收治胃部肿瘤患者100例,采用根治性手术切除术59例(59.0%),采用非根治性手术41例(41.0%),其中剖腹探查4例,单纯空肠造瘘术7例,胃空肠吻合术10例,姑息性胃大部切除术20例。结果:100例患者经过随访,1年生存99例,1年的生存率99.0%,3年生存91例,3年的生存率91.0%,5年生存84例,5年的存活率84.0%,死亡16例,均经过淋巴转移。结论:手术治疗胃癌疗效确切,5年生存率高。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of surgical operation in treatment of gastric tumor.Methods:We selected100 cases of gastric cancer patients in 2009 February to 2010 February.59 cases(59%)treated with radical resection,41cases(41%)treated with the non radical operation,including 4 cases of laparotomy,simple jejunostomy in 7 cases,10 cases of gastrojejunostomy,palliative gastrectomy in 20 cases.Results:100 patients were followed up,After 1 years,99 cases were survival,1year survival rate was 99%.After 3 years,91 cases were survival,3 years survival rate was 91.0%.After 5 years,84 cases were survival,5 years survival rate was 84.0%.16 patients died after the lymphatic metastasis.Conclusion:5 years survival rate of operation in treating gastric cancer is high,and is worth the clinical promotion.
