康复新液联合奥曲肽治疗肝硬化并上消化道出血疗效观察

Curative effect observation of Kangfuxin liquid combined with octreotide in treatment of liver cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

目的:观察康复新液联合奥曲肽治疗肝硬化并上消化道出血的疗效。方法:选择符合肝硬化并上消化道出血患者56例,观察疗效、再出血率及住院天数。结果:临床疗效治疗组总有效率94.11%,对照组71.38%。再出血率治疗组15.46%,对照组61.55%,两组比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。平均住院天数治疗组(7.42±3.06)天,对照组(14.9±7.01)天,治疗组住院天数较对照组明显缩短。结论:康复新液联合奥曲肽治疗肝硬化并上消化道出血有效安全经济。

Objective:To observate the curative effect of Kangfuxin Liquid Combined with octreotide in treatment of liver cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods:To choose 56 cases of patients with liver cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,to observe the curative effect,the rate of rebleeding and hospital stay.Results:The clinical curative effect of the treatment group,the total effectiveness was 94.11%,the control group was 71.38%.Rebleeding rate of the treatment group was15.46%,the control group was 61.55%,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The average hospitalization days of the treatment group was(7.42±3.06) days,the control group was(14.9±7.01) days,hospital stay of the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group.Conclusion:Kangfuxin liquid combined with octreotide in treatment of liver cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage is effective,safe and economic.
