双极人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折疗效观察

Curative effect observation of bipolar artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderly

目的:探讨双极人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法:收治老年股骨颈骨折患者80例,随机分成传统内固定术组和双极人工股骨头置换术组各40例,传统内固定术组采取内固定术治疗,双极人工股骨头置换术采用双极人工股骨头置换术进行置换。结果:双极人工股骨头置换术组在术中失血量和手术时间方面明显高于传统内固定术组,但是住院时间和下床时间明显低于传统内固定术组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双极人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折住院时间短、下床时间早,临床疗效好。

Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of bipolar artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderly.Methods:To admit 80 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures,were randomly divided into traditional fixation group and bipolar artificial femoral head replacement group with 40 cases in each group,the traditional internal fixation group take fixation treatment,bipolar artificial femoral head replacement using bipolar artificial femoral head replacement for replacement.Results:Bipolar artificial femoral head replacement group blood loss and the operation time was obviously higher than that of the traditional internal fixation group in the operation,but the hospitalization time and bed time were obviously lower than traditional internal fixation group,there were significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The bipolar artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderly have shorter hospitalization time,bed time early,clinical curative effect is good,is worth the clinical promotion.
