小切口负压引流在体表较大脓肿中的应用

Application of negative pressure drainage with small incision in the large body surface abscess

目的:探讨小切口负压引流治疗体表较大脓肿的疗效。方法:将40例体表较大脓肿患者随机分为两组,每组20例。对照组采用传统切开引流术治疗;治疗组采用小切口硅胶负压引流球管负压引流治疗。观察两组疗效及治疗费用等。结果:两组均痊愈,细胞计数恢复正常时间及平均治疗费用较对照组少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小切口负压引流治疗体表较大脓肿简单有效,经济实用。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of small incision drainage for the treatment of large body surface abscess.Methods:40 cases of large body surface abscess were randomly divided into two groups,20 patients in each group.The control group used the traditional incision and drainage treatment.The treatment group used small incision and silica gel tube negative pressure drainage with negative pressure drainage ball.The curative effect and treatment costs were observed in the two groups.Results:All persons were cured.The time for cell counts returned to normal and the average treatment costs were lower in the treatment group than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The small incision drainage for the treatment of large body surface abscess is simple and effective,economical and practical,so which is worth of application.
