早期不典型宫外孕的经阴道B超诊断分析64例

Analysis of 64 cases of transvaginal B ultrasound diagnosis in early atypical ectopic pregnancy

目的:探讨经阴道B超诊断早期宫外孕的价值。方法:收治宫外孕患者64例,分别采用阴道B超和腹部B超进行检查,并与病理结果相对照。结果:阴道B超诊断准确率(96.88%)高于腹部B超(60.94%)(P<0.05);阴道B超诊断附件包块、宫内假孕囊、心血管搏动、胚芽、盆腔积液的检出率高于腹部B超(P<0.05)。结论:阴道B超在宫外孕的早期诊断中的应用效果优于腹部B超。

Objective:To discuss the value of transvaginal B ultrasound in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy.Methods:To admit 64 cases of transvaginal B ultrasound patients from January to December 2013,respectively by vaginal B ultrasound and abdominal B ultrasound examine,and compared with the pathological results.Results:The accurate rate of vaginal B ultrasound diagnosis(96.88%) was higher than the abdominal B ultrasound(60.94%)(P<0.05);vaginal B ultrasound diagnosis of adnexal masses,intrauterine pregnancy sac,cardiovascular pulsation,germ,pelvic effusion was higher than that of abdominal B ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vaginal B ultrasound application in early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy is better than abdominal B ultrasound.
