静脉采血是护理工作必须掌握的操作技术,新生儿采血多采用头皮静脉、股静脉、颈静脉等部位。在临床护理中,作为一名护理人员应具有高度责任感和同情心,除严格执行无菌操作外,还要勤学苦练,练就过硬技术,提高新生儿静脉采血成功率,减轻患儿痛苦,提高护理质量。
