优质护理管理模式在耐多药肺结核患者中的应用效果评价

Application effect evaluation of high quality nursing management mode in multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients

目的:总结分析优质护理管理模式在耐多药肺结核患者中的应用效果。方法:收治耐多药肺结核患者80例,作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规护理管理,观察组在常规护理管理基础上给予优质护理管理,观察比较两组服药依从性、焦虑抑郁评分、疾病相关知识掌握情况等。结果:观察组焦虑评分(43.52±4.29)分、抑郁评分(41.18±6.21)分明显低于对照组,服药依从性100.00%、疾病知识掌握评分(87.25±5.12)分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:优质护理管理模式的应用能显著降低患者的负面情绪,提高患者的服药依从性。

Objective:Summary analysis of application effect of high quality nursing management mode in multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods:To admit 80 cases of multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients from June2013 to November 2013,as the research object,randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group,the control group were given routine nursing management,the observation group were treated with high quality nursing management on the basis of routine nursing management,compared medication compliance,anxiety and depression score,disease related knowledge of the two groups patients.Results:The anxiety score(43.52±4.29)score,depression score(41.18±6.21)score of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,medication compliance 100% and disease knowledge master score(87.25±5.12)score were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Application of high quality nursing management mode can significantly reduce the negative emotion of patients,improve the patient's compliance,it is worth to promote in clinical.
