摘要
本文总结了46例老年股骨颈骨折患者围手术期实施护理指导的效果及经验,主要包括术前指导、术后病情观察护理及并发症的预防等。笔者认为加强老年手术期的观察与护理,对提高手术成功率,减少术后并发症,促进患者康复,提高其生活质量十分重要。
We summarized the implementation effect and experience of Perioperative period nursing in 46 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture,including guidance before operation,postoperative observation nursing and prevention of complication.We believed that to strengthen the observation and nursing of senile operation period is very important to improve the success rate of operation,reduce the postoperative complications,promote the patient recover,and improve the quality of life.
