摘要
目的:探讨湿润烧伤膏治疗新生儿尿布性皮炎的疗效及护理。方法:在常规治疗、护理的基础上对患者采用湿润烧伤膏外敷的方法,并设立对照组。结果:治疗组总有效率95%(38/40),对照组总有效率80%(32/40),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:湿润烧伤膏治疗新生儿尿布性皮炎疗效显著,未见明显不良反应。
Objective:To discuss the curative effect and nursing of the moist burn ointment in the treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis.Methods:Based on conventional treatment and nursing,patients were treated with the moist burn ointment,and set up the control group.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95%(38/40),the total effective rate of the control group was 80%(32/40),The comparison between the two groups was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of the moist burn ointment in the treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis is significantly,no significant adverse reactions,is worthy of promotion.
