摘要
目的:观察胰岛素加氧疗治疗压疮的疗效。方法:收治压疮患者14例,给予胰岛素加氧疗,观察创面的愈合情况。结果:其中创面<5cm,多在15天愈合。创面5～10cm,25天左右愈合。创面>10cm,一般45天愈合。结论:胰岛素加氧疗治疗压疮的治疗时间短,患者痛苦小、简便经济、实用,是一种治疗压疮效果较好的方式。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of insulin plus oxygen therapy in the treatment of bedsore.Methods:To admit14 cases of bedsore patients from May 2012 to May 2013,given insulin plus oxygen therapy,observe the healing of wound.Results:The surface of a wound<5cm,mostly in the 15 days of healing.The surface of a wound 5～10cm,in the 25 days of healing.The surface of a wound>10cm,general in the 45 days of healing.Conclusion:Insulin plus oxygen therapy in the treatment of bedsore has short treatment time,less pain,simple and economic,practical,is a better way of treating bedsore,can be used widely in clinical.
