摘要
目的:观察相同剂量20μg的国产和进口乙肝疫苗的免疫效果。方法:按常规剂量(10μg)和全程接种3剂乙肝疫苗后,查血无乙肝表面抗体产生(抗-HBs阴性)的16～60岁无应答60例随机分为两组,分别采用北京华尔盾生产的重组乙肝疫苗(CHO细胞)20μg和葛兰素史克生产的安在时重组乙肝疫苗(酿酒酵母)20μg,分别进行0、1、6个月全程接种,完成全程接种后1个月抽血查抗-HBs。结果:成人接种相同剂量20μg的国产和进口乙肝疫苗后抗-HBs阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:国产和进口乙肝疫苗免疫效果相当,而安在时市场价格几乎是华尔盾价格的2倍,基层卫生保健工作提倡推广平价、效果好的药品,这2种疫苗免疫效果观察对指导基层群众预防接种有重要意义。
Objective:To observe the immune effect with same doses in 20 μg of domestic and imported hepatitis B vaccin.Methods:60 cases in 16 to 60 years old who were inoculated with 3 doses of hepatitis B vaccine in routine dose(10μg)without hepatitis B surface antibody were randomly divided into two groups.Two groups respectively used recombinant hepatitis B vaccine(CHO cell)of 20μg produced by the Beijing Hua Erdun and An Zaishi recombinant hepatitis B vaccine(yeast)20μg produced by GlaxoSmithKline.The two groups were inoculated in 0、1、6 months to complete the whole course vaccination,and 1months after vaccination we tested the anti-HBs.Results:There were no significant difference(P>0.05)in the positive rate of anti-HBs of adult inoculated with the same dose of 20μg of domestic and imported the hepatitis B vaccine.Conclusion:The immune effect of domestic and imported the hepatitis B vaccine was considerable,but the price of An Zaishi was almost two times than the price of Hua Erdun.Primary health care advocated drugs with inexpensive price and good effect.These two kinds of vaccine can guide the grass-roots mass vaccination.
