摘要
目的:调查寻甸县艾滋病、梅毒、乙肝感染孕产妇母婴阻断情况。方法:对寻甸县辖区内所有孕产妇(包括户籍和非户籍)免费进行HIV、TP和HBsAg首次筛查。结果:自开展后,寻甸县孕产妇乙肝感染逐年下降,HIV感染无明显差异,梅毒感染呈上升趋势,逐年比较差异有显著性。结论:应加大在育龄妇女中进行艾滋病、梅毒、乙肝的相关知识及防护措施的宣传,尽量减少感染者的非意愿妊娠,从而有效控制艾滋病、梅毒、乙肝经母婴传播。
Objective:To investigate Xundian County AIDS,syphilis,hepatitis B infection maternal PMTCT situation.Methods:January 2011～December 2013 within the jurisdiction of all maternal XUNDIAN County(including domicile and non-domicile)for free HIV,TP and HBsAg initial screening.Results:Since the launch,Xundian declining maternal hepatitis B infection,HIV infection was no significant difference,syphilis infection is rising,year after year the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:should increase publicity AIDS,syphilis,knowledge and protective measures hepatitis B in women of childbearing age to minimize unwanted pregnancy infected persons, in order to effectively control HIV,syphilis,hepatitis B through mother to child transmission.
