南京地区育龄妇女孕前TORCH抗体筛查结果分析

Analysis of pre pregnancy TORCH antibody screening results in women of childbearing age in Nanjing area

目的:了解南京地区育龄妇女孕前TORCH感染的发生率及其自然免疫状况。方法:采用酶联免疫法检测进行孕前检查的育龄妇女孕前血清TORCH特异性IgM和IgG抗体水平。结果:①TOX-IgM,CMV-IgM,RV-IgM及HSV-Ⅱ-IgM的阳性率分别为0.28%(65/23481),1.46%(329/22596),0.42%(94/22515)和3.47%(794/22913);TOX-IgG,CMV-IgG,RV-IgG及HSV-Ⅱ-IgG的阳性率分别为3.53%(830/23481),97.3%(21912/22596),84.1%(18923/22515)和6.44%(1476/22913)。②南京地区育龄妇女CMV-IgM,HSV-Ⅱ-IgM阳性率季节差异有统计学意义(CMV-IgM:χ2=14.193,P=0.003;HSV-Ⅱ-IgM:χ2=15.521,P=0.001)。TOX-IgM和RV-IgM阳性率差异则无统计学意义。结论:孕前TORCH抗体筛查对于临床开展优生优育具有非常重要的指导意义,育龄妇女应警惕TORCH感染的季节性,降低感染率,减少残障儿出生的可能性。

Objective:To investigate the incidence and its natural immune status of pregnant TORCH women of childbearing age infection in Nanjing area.Methods:Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect the Pre pregnancy serum TORCH specific IgM and IgG antibody levels in women of chi1dbearing age.Results:①The positive rates of TOX-IgM,CMV-IgM,RV-IgM,and HSV-Ⅱ-IgM were 0.28%(65/23481),1.46%(329/22596),0.42%(94/22515)and 3.47%(794/22913) respectively.The positive rates of TOX-IgG,CMV-IgG,RV-IgG,and HSV-Ⅱ-IgG were 3.53%(830/23481),97.3%(21912/22596),84.1%(18923/22515) and6.44%(1476/22913)respectively.②The calendar variation of the positive rates of CMV-IgM and HSV-Ⅱ-IgM in women of chi1dbearing age in Nanjing area had statistical significance(CMV-IgM:X2=14.193,P=0.003;HSV-Ⅱ-IgM:X2=15.521,P=0.001).The difference of the positive rates of TOX-IgM and RV-IgM had no statistical significance.Conclusion:Pre pregnancy TORCH antibody screening has a very important significance in developing eugenics in clinical.Women of childbearing age should be alert to the seasonal TORCH infection,reduce the rate of infection,reduce the possibility of handicapped children born.
