抗菌药物是可杀死细菌或能够抑制细菌活性的一类药物,是一种化学合成药物,如各种抗生素、喹诺酮类、磺胺类、咪唑类等。目前,抗菌药物存在滥用的现象,抗菌药物滥用是指不合理地使用抗菌药物,主要指无指征用药,还包括药物品种、药物剂量、用药方法、用药次数及疗程等方面的选择均未按病情及药物的特点使用。通过分析抗菌药物滥用的危害及其原因,从而提出解决这一问题的对策,这不仅需要国家的支持,也需要我们每个医务人员的努力。
