摘要
目的:研究慢性肺心病心力衰竭的社区治疗方法。方法:收治慢性肺心病心力衰竭患者56例,将所有患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组28例,对照组28例,两组一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组按照病情给予休息、吸氧、平喘、祛痰、利尿、抗感染以及营养支持等方法治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上联合使用酚妥拉明与多巴酚丁胺治疗,观察并比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组治疗有效率96.43%,对照组治疗有效率60.73%,两组治疗总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合使用酚妥拉明与多巴酚丁胺治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭疗效显著,值得在社区治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭中推广应用。
Objective:To study the community treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease heart failure.Methods:From January2013 to December,56 patients wih chronic pulmonary heart failure,all the patients were divided into treatment groups and the control group according to dice,each group have 28 patients,there was no statistically significant in generally data between two groups(P>0.05).The control group patients were given a rest,oxygen,asthma,expectorant,diuretic, anti-infective and nutritional support and other treatments according to the disease,patients in treatment groups were treated with phentolamine in combination therapy with dobutamine basis on the control group treatment,observation and compared patient outcomes.Results:The effective rate was 96.43% in the treatment groups,and in the control group treatment efficiency was 60.73%,the total efficiency was statistically difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of phentolamine and dobutamine treatment of chronic pulmonary heart failure effect is significant,it is worth to spread appliance in the community treatment of chronic pulmonary heart failure.
