硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压合并糖尿病疗效观察

To observe the Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets efficacy in the treatment of hypertension and diabetes mellitus

目的:分析高血压并发糖尿病患者采用硝苯地平缓释片进行治疗的临床效果。方法:收治高血压合并糖尿病患者60例,根据患者治疗意愿,分成观察组与对照组,对照组在常规治疗基础上采用氯沙坦进行治疗,观察组采用硝苯地平缓释片进行治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率93.3%;对照组总有效率76.7%。观察组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组餐后2小时血糖(2hPBG,mmol/L)、空腹血糖(FBG,mmol/L)、舒张压(DBP,mmHg)、收缩压(SBP,mmHg)等临床指标治疗后与对照组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高血压合并糖尿病患者采用硝苯地平缓释片进行治疗,可获得较为明显的治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of hypertension patients complicated with diabetes were treated by Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets.Methods:from 2011 March to 2013 September in our hospital 60 cases of patients with hypertension and diabetes,according to the care of patients,divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group on the basis of conventional therapy,were treated with losartan,the observation group were treated by Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets treatment,compared two groups of patients the effect.Results:the total effective rate of observation group is 93.3%;The comparison group total effectiveness 76.7%;To observe the treatment group total effective rate was better than the control group(P<0.05);The observation group 2 hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG,mmol/L),fasting blood glucose(FBG,mmol/L),diastolic blood pressure(DBP,mmHg),systolic blood pressure(SBP,mmHg)and other clinical indicators after treatment,compared with control group,changes more obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus,with Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets treatment,obtain apparent curative effect,is worth the clinical promotion.
